Really enjoyed the house and location. The beach is beautiful and house has all the perks that anyone would want...WIFI and TVs in every room. There were a few items with the house that need attention...1) roaches (yuck) 2) lights out in outside stairwell 3) hinge on gate on deck rusted totally through 4) 3 of 4 lights out over kitchen area.

Once again very happy- weather wasn't great but being there was. Only thing that was not happy about was a minor problem regarding the door for the washer and dryer closet- seems as though that has been neglected for awhile. Will be back again to One Ocean Place!

The ocean view was amazing. The house could use some updating. Definitely could use some baking sheets, pots and pans. The air, washer and dryer worked great. Need darker blinds and curtains for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great views with everything needed for a week at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. Unit was clean except master shower curtain had excessive mold & that shower did not drain well. Third year in a row at Surfmaster & 3rd different unit. We love the location and security.

Everything was great as usual except there was a problem with the internet while we were there (6 days).There was a signal but would not read an address. No one seemed to be authorized or able to fix it. A BIG problem as I need my internet.

This house was perfect for us! I was a little concerned with only 3 bathrooms, but they are set up so that each bathroom is shared by 2 bedrooms. I love that the downstairs bedrooms are accessible from the inside of the house, and that they each have 2 double beds ~ a must for teenage boys that don't want to sleep in the same bed. There were just a few measuring cups or spoons, one of the mattress covers in the downstairs bedroom was torn up, and the bedspreads in the downstairs bedrooms were kind of dirty ~ maybe because they were way too big for the beds and drug the floor. All said, we would sure stay here again! The pool in the back is great, and being on the inlet waterway with a dock is fantastic!

Condo was nice, have stayed in 910 several times. Area rug had to be removed by Maggie, Housekeeping Supervisor- it was wet, smelled musty. She was very prompt in coming when called about it, took care of situation and apologized. All in all, enjoyed the experience. Pool, hot tub and access to beach very good.

We have stayed at this location for the past 2 years and have absolutely loved it. It's quiet and so relaxing. We plan to return again next year. The deck overlooking the marsh is wonderful.

The biggest negative: no large table for the entire family (7 of us) to gather around for meals; dining table seats 4, bar seats 6, outside table will take a crowded 6. But it was do-able.
Suggestion: put a big table in dining area and reduce the seats in the living room. The front room (addition) has a big TV and lots of seating for gathering, so living room is really not needed.

We have been staying in this unit for over 5 years and wouldn't consider changing. It is very cozy, modern and beachy! We absolutely love this unit!

My only suggestion to the owner is that the shower in the master bath has no pressure. And the chairs and pillows in the living area could use a good cleaning.

This condo was almost perfect. Plenty of room, the view was amazing, very clean and spacious. One little issue is the range hood does not vent to the outside, just through a filter. We had to open the doors to get a cross breeze to make sure the alarm didn't go off. Perfect location. A much better stay here in Garden City Beach then further north.

Our stay was fine. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils. The frying pan had a broken handle. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Last year we stayed in another unit and the kitchen was very well appointed. A little disappointed this year.
