LunaSea is a five-bedroom, five-bath, and two-half-bath channel-front house located in the gated community of Inlet Harbour, 3.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped chef's kitchen complete with Brazilian Quartz counters and stainless steel Thermador appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a beverage refrigerator, double-gas oven with six burners and a griddle, stand-alone ice maker, and five-person bar, as well as two washers and dryers, central heat and air conditioning, mini splits system (Carolina room), working fireplace, elevator (to first floor only), and ceiling fans throughout. Five TVs (74-inch OLED TV with surround sound in the family room) and Wi-Fi are also provided. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second. Sleeping accommodations include one California king, two king and four queen-sized beds, and one twin-sized daybed with trundle. Outdoor amenities include a private 15-by-30-foot infinity swimming pool, which has a depth of 5-feet, and a 22-by-15-foot wading area surrounded by fire bowls, along with pool furniture, a sunken fire pit, an extended bar area for eating meals or gathering, cooling pavers, a hot tub, a covered porch, a sundeck, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a private bath, an open beach walk shower with cold water, a gas grill, a floating dock, a stationary dock, a jet ski pad, and ample parking. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 16

To access the boat ramp, you must drive under the house, but please note that the clearance is only 8 feet. The boat ramp can only be used during high tide. Alternatively, guests can launch boats from the Marlin Quay Marina or the Crazy Sister Marina. Please be aware that driving or parking on the grass is strictly prohibited, including accessing the boat ramp while bypassing the underneath of the house. It's important to note that Garden City Realty will not issue refunds or discounts for any loss of boat ramp use.

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. LunaSea is an unbelievable property that lives up to its name. This property is the best of both worlds. Beautiful views from every window of this private, high-end home that the owners lovingly share with us for a few months every year. LunaSea is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home professionally remodeled from top to bottom. 

Situated on a triple lot, with plenty of room for your large group to spread out, the first floor includes a brand-new elevator to the main living area. You will be amazed by the designer chandeliers, lighting, and wide-open floor plan. A massive chef's kitchen has Thermador appliances, a built-in refrigerator, a beverage cooler, a double gas oven with six burners and a griddle, and a five-person bar. The high-end Brazilian quartz countertops are a sight to behold. 

The dining room features a stunning round antique table that seats eight and a fantastic wet bar equipped with an additional ice maker to fill those coolers for the beach or inlet. LunaSea features a large family room with seating for 14 on designer couches that were custom-made for the home and space. Your family will gather around a modern gas fireplace and the 74-inch OLED TV with surround sound to enjoy the evenings. 

Directly off the main living room is a flexible Carolina room with a separate heating and cooling unit that overlooks the beautiful inlet. You will find another living area with seating for eight and another dining area for six. In this main living area, you will find an ocean-view primary bedroom with a custom California king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and his and her sinks. The two other downstairs bedrooms include two queen beds in each room, each with remodeled en suite bathrooms and open directly to the inlet side deck with fantastic sunset views. Upstairs are two more master suites. The ocean-side primary bedroom features a beautiful king-sized bed and a daybed for two additional guests. This room also features a tub/shower combo and his and her sinks. 

Next, you will enter the primary suite for LunaSea - a room beyond your dreams. This space was transformed by a famous interior design firm and is simply magical. It features a king-size bed with views of the ocean and the Inlet and a walk-out balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Two sitting areas and a full wet bar with a wine cooler will make you want to stay in your private oasis. The private primary bathroom is designed for the discriminating guest who demands luxury. It has a private, oversized soaking tub and fireplace to melt away any stress and a massive walk-in shower with his/her showers with body sprayers and a center rain shower and a designer walk-in closet. 

But, LunaSea still has more to offer. The outside has plenty of parking for all your family and friends, with a first-floor bathroom and double shower below the house and right by your private pool. 

Did I mention the pool? LunaSea has one of the largest custom pools on the Grand Strand - a private infinity pool overlooking the Inlet. It is zero entry with a shallow sun pad for the little ones that gently slopes to a massive oasis for soaking up the sun. It also features a hot tub, a firepit attached to the pool, and a built-in bar. 

Cooling tiles will keep your feet cool even on the hottest of days. If you need shade, sip your beverages under the covered living area, complete with TV, or catch rays on one of the two sundecks overlooking the ocean. You can also enjoy fishing off your private dock with a fish cleaning station, sink, and covered seating. Situated directly on Oyster Cove, bring even the largest boats or jet skis and enjoy deep water at any tide and access to the open ocean in only a few minutes.
