This oceanfront 3 bedroom is located on the highly desirable 2nd floor and yes, there is an elevator in the building (actually 2 and they are in the process of being updated)! There is so much to love about this unit and the strong rental potential is one of those major positives (ask your agent for details). Another huge benefit is the additional protection from the elements as it sits back over the pool and is protected by 2 other units in the community. This building can take much less abuse with this additional wall of protection. Yet, you still get your direct oceanfront views!!! Seamaster does have 2 elevators, an oceanfront pool, low maintenance concrete fiber siding, and extra overflow parking (A HUGE FEATURE COMPARED TO OTHER BUILDINGS!). HOA fee includes building insurance, trash pickup, landscaping, cable, internet, water, pest control, elevator service, and common area expenses. So the dues are quite reasonable for what all is included here at Seamaster. There are also rental bookings and income in place with a local vacation rental company. Unlike some self-managed properties, this makes for a very smooth transition process for the new owner. This unit is being sold fully furnished. It's turn-key and ready to go!
