The units are larger in square footage and the building offers double the amenities with 2 pools and jacuzzis. Unit 908 is located on the 9th floor and has been fully renovated over the recent years. Some highlights include: LVP flooring, full kitchen renovation, full bathroom renovations, new balcony flooring, scraped popcorn ceiling, fresh new furnishings, and a brand new Bosch HVAC system (replaced 6/1/23).
